Reliability, traceability and process control

The public transport and defence sectors both impose very strict requirements for product characteristic reliability, traceability and process control.

Our wide-ranging in-house expertise qualifies us ideally to meet these requirements. In our large parts department, we manufacture complex welded components from steel, chrome steel and aluminium, including for demanding applications and for railway rolling stock and defence in particular. All welding processes are under the continuous supervision of our welding engineer, and our welding technology enables us to test welded joints in a variety of ways in-house. Certification of our welding and bonding processes provides another important basis for our reliable and agile partnership with these sectors.
